This spacious accommodation is located on the second and thus top floor (approx. 20 steps) and features three bedrooms, an open gallery, and 2 bathrooms.

Living Room: 1 x Sofa bed for 2 people (140 cm)
It is important to mention that bedrooms 2 & 3 have a shared, lockable door to the living room, but are only separated from each other by opaque curtains.
The kitchen, living room & dining area are mostly open-plan and offer ample space for 11 people.
The modern kitchen is well-equipped and invites you to prepare your own meals.
The highlights of this accommodation are undoubtedly the sensational view from the balcony and the open fireplace in the living room, which provide plenty of coziness and relaxation after a long hike in summer or a few hours on skis in winter.
The apartment includes two fixed parking spaces (for a fee). Additional parking spaces only upon request.
The building was renovated in 2022 and now combines modernity with charm.
The apartment complex is centrally located in the village yet very quietly situated on a private road that only a few other neighbors are allowed to use.
Shops, restaurants, gondolas, and various hiking trails are located in and start in the immediate vicinity.
